Live Tracking

With Live Tracking, you will be able to see an asset move in real time. The path that the asset has taken will be traced out in blue on the map as the assets move from one place to another.

 Note:  

  • You can only follow one asset at a time
  • The asset has to be Online for this function to be available
  • Once you click on the Live Tracking function, you will get a pop- up message informing you that there might be additional fees for using this function.

To live track an asset:

  1. Select an online asset
  2. From the Information Panel, click More >Live Tracking
    • A message will appear informing you that this function will incur additional costs.
  3. To proceed, click Continue
  4. The Live Tracking screen opens

    There are two tabs: General and Sensors that includes information regarding the asset

    Other buttons available are:

    • Ping Closed allows you to force the device to record its current location and display it on screen.
    • Trip ReplayClosed allows you to navigate to the Trip Replay screen.
